Hi
I keep getting this error:
“Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again”
When trying to add a template from the templates section in the advanced layout editor.
I have disabled all plugins to see if it is a conflict but it is not. I have attached log in details below.
Also – one more issue – when I make changes in the Theme Options they dont appear immediately, sometimes it takes a day to appear? What would the cause of this be?

That problem should be fixed in the latest version of the theme (3.8.4), could you try updating please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for the feedback, so it’s on the page in private you are getting this error? I had a look at it but it seems like the page has no content?

RikardHi – it’s on any page with or without content, when I try add content from the Templates button then it gives this error.
AH it seems to be working now??
Please also tell me why the changes I make in the theme options take sometimes 1 day to show? Is that a caching problem on the server perhaps? Because I dont have any caching plugin installed

Ok, great. I think both your problems are caching related, are you making sure to clear your browser cache if you are having problem like that? If yes then I think your hosting provider is likely applying some kind of caching, please try contacting them to see if that is the case.
