Hi,
I’m having a slight issue with my enfold theme. Every time I use the content builder I get the following message “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again” If I cancel the message and click the content again it works.Can anyone help me on this ?

If you don’t mind, we would like to see the actual website. Please try to override the WordPress theme files, see if that helps.

Thank you for the update.
It does seem to work well with IE. Do you have any third party extension on your IE 11 browser? Please deactivate those then test the avia builder again.

May 20, 2014 at 9:56 am #267173As THP points out yes, it is intermittent. I’ve got no third party add-ons in Internet Explorer I’ve recently done a clean install of Windows 8.1 with absolutely no other software on It and the problem still persists. I’m very puzzled myself and I’m an IT Technician.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my test servers but I’ll ask Kriesi to look into it. For now I recommend to use Chrome or Firefox if these browsers work for you without any problems.

Can you check if you have cookies disabled in IE11? That is the only thing I could find which might possibly cause something like to happen.
