    Hello! I started a new site, my fourth one with enfold, but I can’t do anything with the Home page because I keep getting the message”error fetching content…reload (and so on) when trying to build images/banners. I’ve tried the plug ins trick and even deleted and reapplied the theme. Here’s the link to my original question I started on another thread ( as requested):

    Hey mawcreations,
    There are a couple of issues, one is that you have the Thrive Architect plugin activated, which is a page builder and will conflict with Enfold’s builder. Second is that you are using Enfold v3.4.3, which is very old.
    Try disabling all of your plugins and Try to update manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750

    I recommend backing up with: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

    Hi Mike, I will do those things, thanks. Not sure how I have such an old Enfold since I downloaded it from Themeforest. I have Thrive Architect on another Enfold built site and it works fine. Do you see something that makes it incompatible? Thanks again

    Only from your error messages and the experience that mixing builders often leads to these issues. Have you had a chance to update your theme?
