December 23, 2016 at 7:55 am #727841Hi,
Thanks for the info, there is probably some open html or a special character in the block which the builder doesn’t like. Could you try copying the text into new text block elements, paragraph by paragraph, to see what text the builder doesn’t like?

Sorry for the late reply. Have been on holidays. I have tried inputting many of those paragraphs and am getting errors on almost all of them. Here is one in private area….
I have tried pasting into notepad then re-pasting into ALB text area with still no success.

January 5, 2017 at 7:36 am #729763Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I’m getting the same error. You are getting a 403 (forbidden) error on the file in private. Could you check that the file in question has the correct File Permission settings? Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with setting the correct ones.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 5, 2017 at 7:32 pm #730034Hi Rikard,
The server guys have checked and there isn’t anything wrong with the permissions. It appears it was a Wordfence conflict issue.
This thread helped me solve it. I put Wordfence in learning mode and voila working again.
Cheers,
B
