    Hi Günter,
    unfortunately, I had to replace the new enfold-functions.php with my old copy. It interferes with my downloads plugin (Download Manager). I cannot download password protected downloads any more with the change. So I replaced the file in 2 of my 4 WordPress installations. And I noticed something: One of the 2 pages has WPML and one doesn’t. The one which doesn’t, 404 code is set correctly. With WPML it says 301. Hope this may help.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    I forgot that I also had made changes to the file

    enfold\config-wpml\config.php

    Please update this file with

    https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_4_1/config-wpml/config.php

    This should fix the problem.

    Guys… come on… just release an update! Can you imagine if iPhone sent us a bunch of code to install instead of just rolling updates every few weeks? This has been going on for months with no official patch pushed…. Is Kriesi on a beach somewhere sipping a margarita?!? :)

    Hi Rob,

    There are couple more fixes we would like to include in upcoming update, that is why we are not releasing it yet. Most of them are included so we should be able to release it in a week or two. He might be! He needs to recharge his batteries more than we do, as that energy is reflected as new features and ideas throughout the year :)

    Yes, 4.5 includes a better handling of 404 and 503 in case of enabled maintenance mode.
