January 24, 2020 at 4:30 am #1177976Hi,
Thank you for the update.
According to the error report, it is an issue with the plugin wordpress-seo. Is it working correctly when a default theme is activated?
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/14/d377289600/htdocs/app568491089/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/metabox/class-metabox.php on line 1037”
We also noticed that the theme is a bit outdated — it’s not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Please upgrade it from v4.5.7 to v4.7.2. The upgrade should help fix the issues.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 25, 2020 at 6:33 pm #1178392The upgrade is not proposed anywhere. How could I proceed ?
This is the list of the action we tried, following the advice from other posts :
* Lock the advanced editor
* Upgrade php version (7.3)
* Disable all plugins
* Add override function to hide editor, on functions.phpWordpress version: 5.3.2
Enfold version: 4.5.7 (with a child theme)January 27, 2020 at 9:01 am #1178602Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The upgrade is not proposed anywhere. How could I proceed ?
The auto updater in v4.5.7 has been deprecated, so you have to update the theme manually via FTP this time. You should be able to automatically update the theme again directly from the dashboard once it’s upgraded to the latest version.

IsmaelJanuary 29, 2020 at 5:11 pm #1179474We’ve update the theme, but it seems not fix our problems
A timely solution is now terribly needed.

Please.January 31, 2020 at 9:36 am #1180188Hi,
Sorry for the delay. We would like to check the child theme directory, but the Editor > Appearance panel is inaccessible. Did you add any custom functions in the child theme directory?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 4, 2020 at 3:15 pm #1181297My web host (1&1) seems to block the editor panel on wordpress sites; it seems the source files are only editable through the FTP server.
What file(s) should I check?February 5, 2020 at 9:38 am #1181661Hi,
Thank you for the update.
You should check the functions.php file in the child theme directory.
We found the following thread that has the same issue as this one and it seems to be related to a plugin.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fatal-error-displayed-using-geodirectory-plugin/#post-996778
This is the fix provided by the plugin authors.
Have you tried selecting a different editor in the theme options?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 8, 2020 at 6:34 pm #1182625Probleme solved by contacting the web host.
