    Hey friends,
    I am having problems with my site http://www.andeae.cl … the first is that when uploading media content, it says “Could not insert attachment into the database”, and the second is that when creating a new post or page, it says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have received an email form WordPress saying: “In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold”. Please help because don´t know what to do!!!

    Hey jccovara,

    Thanks for the login details. The theme is not responsible for the Media and Upload functionality in WordPress. That means it’s likely that your hosting provider is adding something which is blocking this from working, could you try reaching out to them please? This might help you out as well: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/wordpress-could-not-insert-post-into-the-database.668565/

    The problem with posts and pages might be related to the first problem, so please try fixing that first.
