Sers Kriesi-Team,
I use a reverse-Roxy and varnish and get an Error from admin.php?page=avia
in the backend.
The reason seemes to be in the source of the host-name, which is not the hostname in the wp-config, but the server-Enviroment or Database.
If i overwrite “siteurl” or “home” in the database with the server Name I use in browser, it rests resetted to the ones from HTTP_HOST after relaoding the dashboard.
To cover the customer’s privacy, I put urls and details in the private-Section.
Cheers
Krille
Hey Christian!
Not sure what’s going on there. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Best regards,
Elliott
Hey Elliot,
I did that, with no result.
Best regards,
Krille
Hi!
activate a default WordPress theme and let us know if you get the same result.
Cheers!
Andy
Hi Kriesi Team,
to get the actual job done, I solved the problem by not using the reverse proxy.
I’ll setup a test-installation asap and return on that.
So please don’t close this ticket.
