Hi,

after we install WooCommerce we get an error for the Picture and Icon Box. They don’t work anymore. Disable WooCommerce and it work.

Theme Version: 3.7.1

All Pages (new news, old news, new sites and old sites) All the same error for the Picture and Icon Box on the Avia Layout Architekt.

Hi,

Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Manually updating the theme fixed it for me! Thank you.

It seams be random. When i deactivate WooCommerce is works. When i activate WooCommerce and deactivate: BuddyPress, WP Super Cache it works.

I have overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy via FTP.

Hi Ismael,

i deinstall a few plugins. The error is gone. But when i activated to much plugins the error is back. Any Idea?

Could you try to activate them one by one and update in between to see which one is causing it maybe?
