    Hi Kriesi,
    Avia Layout Builder is not working correctly. It does not update the changes and delete the content.

    – I have already updated WordPress: Version 5.5.1
    – Updated Enfold 4.7.6.3 (I’m using a child theme)
    – PHP updated: 7.4.10

    Can you help me is very urgent, my client wants to be online.

    Hey vbonora,

    Thanks for the login details. I checked your front page and that seems to be working fine on my end, on which page are you having this problem? If things are disappearing then it’s likely that you have open markup in your content, please try checking for anything like that.

    Hi Rikard, I checked if there were any open markups in all the pages of the site, I found a couple and I deleted them, then I deleted all the existing markups in order to completely eliminate the problem. But I still have problems with avia builder, for example, if I insert a button and try to change the text, it writes but does not take the space bar, you can try in the page you find in draft which is called “test new page”, we can’t really understand what it is due to. thanks for your help

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I’m seeing the same thing on my end unfortunately. We had this problem in a previous version and we thought we had fixed it in the current version which you are running, but it seems to still be present in some elements. If you share FTP login details in private as well, then we can try to install the latest development version of the theme for you. I can’t reproduce this problem on my local installation, so it must be something specific to your site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I tried installing our latest development version that but made no difference unfortunately, and activating the parent theme didn’t change anything either, so the problem is not coming from your child theme. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not then please try installing this plugin, and clear all the WordPress transients in the plugin options: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

    hi thank you so much for your help. ok, let’s try to do as you suggested. we have a question, we have never operated on transients, which transients should I look for and eliminate? in your opinion, if we do a site restore to the date where the problem was not there? can it work well? or do we risk finding the problem again in the future? Thanks again

    hi, we have eliminated transients with no positive results. therefore, we have updated all the plugins on the website, and now everything works correctly. Avia builder works perfectly even if inspecting the page we keep seeing the same error, but it works the same. What do you think about it? thanks a lot again

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If everything works as it should then I don’t think you have anything to worry about, but please try to monitor the behaviour of the layout builder and let us know here in this thread if your should have any further problems.
