The recommended size is 340px * 156px, could you try that out? If you should need any further help on the topic then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

I changed the pixel sizes but it still wont let me load the logo
I am also not able to create my website as it is was shown in the Demo i.e. with the large images on the home page which are animated/slider and with the smaller images which I believe can be used as sub-menu items
I would be very grateful if you can explain how this can be done.

Could you please attach the logo, that you want to upload and a mockup of the images as submenus that you would like to do?
