    Thank you!

    #1202236

I send you in private access created by server assistence.

    #1202252

    Hi,

    Thanks!

I deleted cache and de-activated “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue” plugin and it worked. Please review your website :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    #1202258

Thank you Yigit. Now I am allowed to go to ‘personalize’ (for css changes). But if I try to make a new page and save it, comes always this error message

    #1202262

    Hi,

I was never able to reproduce that issue. I just tried creating a page once again and it did not throw any error messages on my end. Attached a link of the private page I created in private content field.
Have you flushed browser cache and refreshed your page a few times?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    #1202278

Yes, I did this. But it comes always when I save a new page. This is from now:

    Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 2 passed to Avia_Gutenberg::handler_display_post_states() must be an instance of WP_Post, null given, called in /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287 and defined in /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php:657 Stack trace: #0 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Avia_Gutenberg->handler_display_post_states(Array, NULL) #1 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(206): WP_Hook->apply_filters(Array, Array) #2 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php(2170): apply_filters(‘display_post_st…’, Array, NULL) #3 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu.php(823): get_post_states(NULL) #4 [internal function]: wp_setup_nav_menu_item(Object(WP_Post)) #5 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu.php(749): array_map(‘wp_setup_nav_me…’, Array) #6 /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu.php(1105): wp_get_nav_menu_items(Object(WP_Term), Arra in /home/daslebe0/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php on line 657

But, then the page is good. I have to recharge it and I am allowed to work. Only every time comes this error message.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I notice that the error message above contains a reference to nav-menu.php and you have a couple of menu plugins, have you tried deactivating your plugins one at a time to see if any cause this error?
Yigit had success when he disabled some plugins, but I see those are now activated.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Hi Mike. I saw that you noticed the error, because I received an email from Wp: i send you the text, if it coulod be usefull. I had to put again sendinblue plugin, because I need it for Newsletters isciptions, but their assistence is working to see wich is the problem and as always they are telling me that it’s not their fault. But also without sendinblue plugin, the problem persist. This plugin causes another problem. When I want to go in appearance and customizes, comes the error page. But the other error, when you make a new page isn’t from this plugin. I tried to take away all plugins but it’s the same. I tried to change theme and the problem is away. This is the email that I received yesterday as you tried to make a page. Thank you!

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.

First, visit your website (https://www.daslebenimgoettlichenwillen.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.daslebenimgoettlichenwillen.com/wp-admin/post.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://www.daslebenimgoettlichenwillen.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=t4Zd5TLrAZToNguu8hPSia&rm_key=mrSgpOhMGXaQNd9iaA27m1

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.4
Current theme: enfold Child (version 4.7.3.1)
    Current plugin: (version )
    PHP version 7.3.16

    Hi,
Thank you for the feedback, I also tested the WordPress > Customize option and see it’s the same error, which you said came from the “sendinblue” plugin, strange.
Thanks for testing with your plugins disabled, do you mind if we also try disabling the plugins for testing?
I’m not sure if any of your plugin settings are re-set when disabling, so I wanted to ask first.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1206204

Thank you so much Mike! I think that only sendinblue after a time disabled, makes its widget to disappear too. But for the other plugin, I think there is no problem. I did this again yesterday, but I didn’t see something better in saving a new page. And now I am not allowed to delete any page anymore!
Thank you for your help Mike! Have a nice day!

    #1206208

Sendinblue wrote me now that the problem comes not from sendinblue, but from wp. Help!!!! I’ll write again to word press forum.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, Since this looked like it was related to Gutenberg I tried switching the default editors, but this didn’t help. I also have tried to reproduce this error by copying your files and plugins to my localhost but I couldn’t reproduce. My goal was to clone your site to my localhost but I couldn’t copy your database because of some header errors. I will try to think of a different approach.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1207089

Thank you very much Mike. I tried too to switch from classic to Gutemberg, but it was the same. Thank you so much for your help! I wish you a beautiful Sunday!

    #1209172
