    hi,

    I replaced the enfold folder with actual version via ftp – now i get follwing error when I try to access m homepage:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/.sites/39/site679/web/wp-cms/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php:10) in /home/.sites/39/site679/web/wp-cms/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php on line 12

    Can you please help me out?

    in the meantime I asked to webhosting provider to restore webfolders and files. This is done already. So I am back to situation befor updating enfold and website is working again. Can you please still find out, what went wrong?

    Hi Thomas,

    Sorry for the problems. It’s like due to this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-when-upgrading-to-enfold-4-2-6-i-can-not-access-the-backend/#post-938089, that file was moved in the last update and the old one needs to be removed.
