    Hi, Recently just bought your theme and I get an error 500 whenever it is activated on my existing wordpress site.

    Please will you tell me what it is I need to do or what I need to look for

    Hey mattrhysgregory,

    Do you have access to error logs? If so then please link to them here. Also, which version of PHP are you running on the server?

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    php 5.3.3 is not supported from WordPress. You need to run php7+ please.
