    Hello,

    several days ago I had an Error 500 occur during my work on wordpress.com. After chatting with the support there, we tried/tested with all plugins inactive (expect woocommerce and jetpack) and the error still occured. They say that the code is coming from the theme Enfold and the plugin Avada. They also say, that I need to ask you as developer, for more help. You “need to make the theme compativle with the WordPress.-co hosting platform andfix those errors”.

    I really need your help here!

    Please let me know what else information you need.

    Hey ryin_health,

    It looks like you are currently not using Enfold on the site? What happens if you activate it and then select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?
