Hi, I updated Enfold to 4.4.1 ver. and now I see information about error 500 on my site (AP working ok). My site is on EasyWP hosting (POWERED BY NAMECHEAP). There is PHP 7.x. How to resolve this problem?
Thank you,
MarcinJuly 4, 2018 at 7:09 am #980944When I try to load any page in Panel Admin to edit, it doesn’t work.

Sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder and then upload the new version again to see if that helps please?
Best regards,

MarxinJuly 4, 2018 at 7:36 pm #981331I installed WP File Manager Plugin. I changed enfold folder name to enfold_1 in themes folder. Next I uploaded enfold folder (new version from themeforest.net) to themes catalog, but problem still exist. I see http error 500.
But, when I choose Themes in Admin Panel I found two enfold themes – I changed new enfold theme for active for and I see my website!
I think, problem is resolve.

July 4, 2018 at 7:59 pm #981334I too have the 500 server problem. When I upload the woocommerce plugin while the enfold theme is active I get the 500 error. So I turned the woocommerce plugin off uninstalled the enfold theme and reloaded the woocommerce plugin which installed fine. Then I reloaded the enfold theme and as soon as I activated I get the 500 error. How to fix this problem?

July 4, 2018 at 10:38 pm #981360The fix to this problem is to update the server to run php version 5.6 or higher to process .php files.
