    After updating Enfold, we got error 500. Could you check this?

    Hey tammiviestinta,

    A 500 internal server error is very general error and doesn’t tell us much about what is going wrong. I think your best bet would be to contact your hosting provider first to see if they can see what exactly is going wrong in the error logs. Could you try that out first please?

    If you should need any further help from us then please provide us with more info about hosting environment, like for instance PHP version etc.

    We can’t get that kind of help from hosting provider. Can you help?
    PHP version is 5.4.45

    Issue only occurs on PHP versions older than 5.6, which is also minimum version recommended for WordPress. We have updated header.php file to make the theme compatible with older versions of PHP as well. Please also see – https://kinsta.com/blog/php-7-hhvm-benchmarks/
