Hi!
We uploaded today all the plugins which had updates, and got error 500. We tried to recover backup from c-panel, but it didn’t work. Help!March 2, 2018 at 6:26 pm #920470We’re working with this all the time, so there can be changes if you log in…
EDIT —
We managed to recover the site, but after updating Enfold it happened again: error 500.EDIT 2—
We got the site back again and everything worked fine until we updated Enfold! What is wrong?-

Did you try to disable all plugins and then perform the update? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details for WordPress in private so that we can have a closer look.

I tried to login via FTP but it seems the password is wrong, please check.
Please try to download a new copy of Enfold v4.2.5 from Theme Forest, and delete your theme folder enfold via ftp, and then upload the new one.Best regards,

Glad to hear that your site is back up and running.
Please try creating a staging / testing site on a sub-domain with a copy of your site. This will allow you to test updates without effecting your production site, it will also allow us to help debug.
Two good tools for migration to a staging site is Duplicator and All-in-One WP Migration Both have many videos on YouTube explaining the process.Best regards,
