Hi,
I’m using a custom 404 page from the theme options.
Enfold > Theme options > Error 404 page (checked) > Custom 404 page.If the URL is wrong then it shows the correct 404 page however for few specific admin and login urls it shows random post page as error page.
I’ve tried following but it did not work:
– disable all the plugins
– tried to remove cache plugin and cleared the cache from server/cdn
– added the link to custom 404 page in caching plugin settings so that it does not get cachedHowever if uncheck the option to use 404 page then it correctly shows the default 404 page.
I’ve added the links in the private section.

August 22, 2018 at 5:14 pm #1000433Hi,
I understand you have already check for a plugin conflict. I re-checked your website for any plugin conflicts again and found out the issue you are facing is absolutely due to a plugin conflict.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
Vinay -
