    Hello,

We are having a problem with our blog post pages on WordPress 3.9.1 running the Enfold theme.

The first blog post page works fine – the problem occurs when you click the next arrow (or on any of the links) at the bottom of the first blog post page, which should send you to blog post page #2, 3, etc. (for example – these links should goto domain.com/blog/page/2/). The problem is that when clicking on any of these links, we get a Error 404.

I’ve confirmed that all the posts are actually there – the permalink for each post works fine.

All of the posts were imported from another WordPress site. There are about 300 posts.

The following plug ins are activate. All are up to date.
    – Add Meta Tags
    – Contact Form 7
    – Contact Form DB
    – Enhanced Custom Permalinks (not used for blog posts, only for pages)
    – Simple Breaks
    – Testimonial Rotator
    – WordPress Importer

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi indcorp!

Which version of Enfold are you using? Can you please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps so we can cross that one out? :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

hi Yigit, thanks for your help.

I disabled all plugins, but unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem.

    Enfold version is 2.4.5.

    Hey!

Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.7.1 via FTP to make sure that it is fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit,

I updated to 2.7.1 but the problem remained.

I went through the WordPress settings again. On the Settings > Permalinks page, the word “blog” was in the form field for the Category base and Tag base. I removed it from both, and that fixed the problem.

Thanks for your help with this!
