Hi guys, yesterday I’ve uploaded to 4.6 and all was great until I noticed at night that all pages except the Home page gave me the 404 error message.
I can access to the WordPress Admin http://rvarq.com/wp-admin/ so, the first I did was disable all plugins, but the problem persists.
Besides I receive this morning from (Email address hidden if logged out) :Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.
First, visit your website (http://rvarq.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://rvarq.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
http://rvarq.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=eMwGz16WrUNpAR489S56if&rm_key=LpuOxdUwG8aEKB7lBGIHgK
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
Error Details
=============
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 51 of the file /home/nike123/public_html/rvarq.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘config-layerslider/config.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php71/usr/share/pear’)By the way, and another thing if it can help, if I activate the plugin “WPML Multilingual CMS” (the only one now disable) the home page also gets the 404 error.
Please take a look and give me a hand on this.
I sent login credentials as administrator through the plugin Temporary Login Without Password to (Email address hidden if logged out)
ThanksSeptember 4, 2019 at 8:55 am #1133677Hey nicolasweh,
Sorry for the problem. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Also, do you know which version of PHP you are running on the server?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 4, 2019 at 9:34 am #1133714Hi Rikard, thanks for the reply, as I said before, I sent login credentials as administrator through the plugin Temporary Login Without Password to (Email address hidden if logged out) .
Anyway, in Private Content I’ve put my login to http://www.rvarq.com/cpanel

https://ibb.co/Dgcc38HSeptember 5, 2019 at 4:22 am #1134170Hi,
Thanks for that and sorry again for the problem. The 404 isn’t the theme 404 page which makes me a bit suspicious, what happens if you disable all plugins in order to check for conflicts coming from any of them?
If you want to downgrade to the previous version of the theme then we can send you the files.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 5, 2019 at 10:34 am #1134290Hi Rikard, I don’t know what could have happened because as I mentioned in the first box deactivating all the plugins was the first thing I did, then it was the downgrade to an earlier version (4.5.1) which was the last one used, and I had also talked to the administration of my hosting, and they ruled out that the error could come from that side. The point is that today, and after 4 days, everything seems functional again.
If you have not modified anything when accessing c-panel, then this seems an X file :)
Thanks anyway- This reply was modified 5 years, 3 months ago by nicolasweh.

Thanks for the update, we haven’t done anything so yes, that seems like a bit of a mystery. But everything is working as it should now then?
