    Hi.. On this site of my client there’s this persistent Error, impossible to update Enfold from Dashboard but update works only updating the theme as new theme..

    How to solve..?

    HI Rikard, theme is already registered with a valid token, the only thing is that the e-mail address used for the token is no more in use.

    Hi,

    If you have followed the instructions in the link that I sent, then it should work. If not, then it’s not our servers which are returning 403 a error. That means that you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest for further help.

    Hi.. Problem solved by generate a new Envato Token.. The previous was not allowed to download purchased items..
