September 9, 2016 at 6:04 am #683997Hi,
Thanks for that, I can’t see any error messages on the front- or back-end though. Where are you seeing those messages?
Thanks,
RikardSeptember 12, 2016 at 3:07 pm #685178It was our hosting provider that provided the error …
Looking at the message, I’m pretty sure Chrome was being used. The console is built into Chrome. This article provides a pretty good overview of how to get there and what you’ll find when you use it.
https://developer.chrome.com/devtoolsSeptember 13, 2016 at 3:11 pm #685847Hi,
You are getting a bunch of errors in the console but none like you posted in your original message (mostly 404s on images). Please try updating the theme to the latest version (3.8) to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
RikardSeptember 13, 2016 at 8:00 pm #685993We updated to the latest version to no avail. A note that when trying to update we were forced to do through FTP. The entire left panel under “Theme Options” is blank.
Any further suggestions?
September 13, 2016 at 10:25 pm #686052Hi!
Please clear all your cache, browser cookies and everything and do let us know if that will help you at all.
Thanks a lot

BasilisSeptember 13, 2016 at 10:32 pm #686056Still nothing. Are you not having the same issue of not being able to make changes inside the Enfold settings?
September 15, 2016 at 6:30 am #686723Hi,
No we’re not, what settings in particular are you having problem with?
Thanks,
RikardSeptember 15, 2016 at 3:19 pm #686940The Enfold Theme Options page in our wordpress usually allows us to make styling changes, such as changing the logo, color scheme, adding additional css, etc. Currently, when we navigate to the Enfold Theme Options page, these editing settings do not appear on the page and the page appears to be broken. What I mean by this is that any of the links or buttons on the page do not work so we are not able to make the necessary styling changes to the theme to fit our website design.
September 17, 2016 at 8:30 am #687873Hi,
Thanks for the explanation, I’m not sure what is going on there though. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardSeptember 19, 2016 at 3:10 pm #688526I deactivated the plugins and no change occurred. I uploaded a fresh copy of the theme files last week, and also didn’t see a change.
September 23, 2016 at 1:06 pm #690679Hi,
please open a new ticket for a new problem, otherwise it get confusing here.
I deactivated your plugins and then tried to change some settings of your styling and it worked fine for me. So it seems to be fixed for me.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 23, 2016 at 2:33 pm #690753We were able to correct the issue. Thank you for your help.
