    Hello,

    I’m using Enfold Version 3.8 on WordPress 4.8.2

    I’m experiencing an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when updating my posts/pages. This happens just on my WordPress sites using the enfold theme. If the twenty sixteen theme is active, this does not occur.

    When i login to the admin, i can navigate through it and everything works just fine until i update a page or post. Sometimes (randomly), i could even make one update, but the next time i get this error.

    The curious thing is that i’ve been working on this site for over a month and it was working fine, this started happening 5 or 6 days ago.

    I’m just using the page builder and the theme functionalities for this site, no extra scripts or css are included.

    Could somebody please help me with this issue.

    You must need to update the theme to the latest version that`s 4.1.2

    Hello John,

    Thank you for your answer but i’ve already updated the theme to version 4.1.2 and it is still happening. After i updated the theme it let me update one of my pages successfully, but the second time the ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE appeared again.

    The curious thing is that i have 2 other WordPress sites, running on the latest WP versions, and everything works fine. On the other hand, i’m building two other sites using Enfold theme and this is happening on both of them. I’ve installed the theme on WP 4.7.6 version, and it is also happening, i was wandering that may be it was the WordPress version compatibility but it isn’t.

    Could you please help me? I’ve already disabled all plugins and it’s still throwing the err empty response.

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also point out how and where we can reproduce the error.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve been trying everything and nothing seems to work, now i’m able to edit pages normally, until i star editing the portfolio items, sometimes in the first updateit start throwing the error and sometimes i can make one or two updates, and then it start failing again.

    I would appreciate your help very much, i love your theme and i’ve planned to use it on many sites.

    The credentials and URL are on the private content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I tried doing a few changes on your contact page but I couldn’t reproduce the error. How exactly can we reproduce the error? Also, did you try using a different browser?

    Hi, since yesterday I’ve been receiving the ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error in my website: http://www.paulomachado.com

    I have already tried:

    1. Using different browsers
    2. Clearing the Cache
    3. Reseting Network Connections
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /all
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew
    netsh int ip set dns
    netsh winsock reset

    4. Changing PHP
    memory_limit=128M
    max_input_vars=2000
    upload_max_filesize=64M
    post_max_size=64M
    max_execution_time=120

    And I still getting the error… It goes back online, but after a while, it goes down.
    Could you please help me ASAP, since I am in a middle of a Sales Campagin through the website?

    I will provide you with a temporary user.
