Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Wir haben im Sommer 2016 unsere Webseite mit einem externen Webdesigner mit Ihrem Theme Enfold realisiert. Davon nutzen wir auch die IconBox und haben da einige Icons zur Verfügung. Nun möchten wir gerne diese IconBox ausbauen mit eigenen Logos. Unsere Frage ist nun, ist dies überhaupt machbar oder welche Optionen haben wir?

Since you want to change the icons in the IconBox with your own images, you should first update your theme to v4.1.2 which allows you to easily make those changes while editing the IconBox. Simply upload and choose the images you which to use.
After you update your theme, please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .Then go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfoldThen scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

Thank you for the answer – we will try this solution. But this is not so easy – we have now the version 3.6.1 and how big are the changes to the version 4.1.2? Do we expect problems?
We have two sites – the activ one (www.plain-it.ch) and a site which we use for tests (www2.plain-it.ch). If we make a new registration do we need to accounts or do you have a demo version, that we can try the change from our version to the newest version?

There are quiet a few changes between v3.6.1 & v4.1.2 most note worthy is the mobile menu. You should definitely test on a testing site. A new version should be coming out very soon that fixes a few bugs in the last version, and should make your transition easier.
Sorry we don’t have a demo version to give you, have you tried going to your ThemeForest account and seeing if you can download the latest version there?Best regards,

We have bought your newest version in middle of September and have made an update. Now, nevertheless, it pulls our whole layout, so that we cannot use this version. Nevertheless, we urgently need a possibility that we can extend the Icon box what is not the case at the moment.
Nevertheless, we have found out that we can’t integrate own icon’s, but are expelled to a web page http://www.flaticon.com. How can we integrate, our own Icons? I could test this briefly, after we had installed the newest version of you on our test surroundings. We have put back this again, because it has just pulled everything.

In the video in my previous reply, it is pretty straightforward how to upload custom icons. Which step is not clear? Which step could you not complete?

Thanks for your answer. We have two Problems.
The first is, that your new Version of the theme goes mad with our Website. I mean, our layout goes postponement what we can’t axept. It’s not possible to Change it to the new Version.
The second Problem is, that we won’t use Icons from the Webseite http://www.flaticon.com, we prefer to use our own Icons.
Unfortunately I can’t give you a temporary admin acces to our Website, our safety Regulation doesn’t allow this.
Maybe we can make a teamview session on fridaymorning or do you have another solution?

I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help you without access to the site and we don’t do “team viewer” or any other methods of communication aside from this forum. We also need you to upgrade the theme to the latest version, 4.2.
If you want to use your own icon, please convert it to an svg file then upload it on http://fontello.com/.
