Dear Support,
I created an Envato token following your instructions and was able to update one of my websites. I then went to a second website and entered the same token, but get the error message “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato”.
So, is a unique token needed for each website?
If not, what do I need to do to get the token to work?
Please advise.

Okay, I found the solution on another post:
– open an incognito window on Google Chrome
– login
– go to Theme Update, then click Revalidate the token
Voila’!
Case closed.
