Envato private token -> Which Settings?

Hello Support-Team,
i’ve tried to give the “token” full access:

View and search Envato sites
View your Envato Account username
View your email address
View your account profile details
View your account financial history
Download your purchased items
View your items’ sales history
Verify purchases of your items
List purchases you’ve made
Verify purchases you’ve made
View your purchases of the app creator’s items
Add item to favourite collection
View your public and private collections
View your collection, bookmark and cart details
View your statement transactions
View the total number of subscribed users to Envato Market
Shows the total number of items available on Envato Market
Shows the total amount of community earnings on Envato Market
Shows the total number of items sold on Envato Market

but WP can’t access the Purchases:

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Your username: xxxxx
Your E-Mail:xxxxx

Following errors occured:

Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– response_code: 403
– reason: scope-missing
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

Can you tell me, what is missing / what i have to do to get the updates?
