    Hello

    We bought Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme at https://themeforest.net/ with 12 months of support.

    After that we generated the Envato token for our WordPress website and tried to use and activate it for ongoing updates. But this process is currently not possible.

    “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)”

    Currently we have the version of Enfold: 4.5.7

    Can you help me there?

    Hi beaw1nner,

    The problem with your token most likely are the permissions for the token.
    Please check the following:
    – View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    – View your Envato account username
    – View your email address
    – View your account profile details
    – Download your purchased items
    – Verify purchases of your item
    – List purchases you’ve made

    Please try installing this plugin, to see if it helps: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If not, then we can update the theme for you manually. If you would like that, then please include FTP login details in private, and verify that you have backups of the site.

    Thanks for the update. Could you include FTP login details as well please? It’s a much safer process, if we can upload the new version via FTP, instead of the regular WordPress process.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see that you have changed the name of the parent theme folder, that might be the reason as why the automatic update is not working. I’ve uploaded the new version of the theme now, please edit your child theme style.css file to use enfold as the parent instead.

    Hi Andres,

    Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please? If not, then please try activating the parent theme, to see if that changes anything.
