I have always the same problem.
The child theme says :La dernière fois que nous avons vérifié votre jeton Envato nous n’avons pas pu nous y connecter :
L’accès aux achats n’a pu avoir lieu
Le nom d’utilisateur n’a pu être trouvé (requis pour votre information seulement)
Impossible d’accéder à l’E-Mail (requis uniquement pour votre information)Les erreurs suivantes sont survenues :
Achats : Erreur de code 403 retournée par Envato : Forbidden:
– reason: invalid-token
username Erreur de code 403 retournée par Envato : Forbidden:
– reason: invalid-token
email Erreur de code 403 retournée par Envato : Forbidden:
– reason: invalid-token
Achats : un pb. a eu lieu pour accéder à vos achats. Mises à jour impossible.
Mises à jour du thème
Une fois entré et vérifié votre clé de jeton privé Envato, WordPress va chercher des mises à jour toutes les 12 heures et indiquer ici s’il y en a une de disponibleVotre numéro de version de Parent Theme (Enfold) actuel est 5.6.8
Votre version de PHP : 8.2.13
Il n’y a eu aucune vérification ces derniers mois.

Thanks for the feedback, I see that in your first post you said the API failed, Envato stoped using the API a few years ago, so if you have an old theme that asks for a API you can only manually update. You can see from the response you posted above Envato says your token is invalid.
So you will need to follow the instructions and create a new valid token, or can try using the Envato market plugin and check your token there.
You can not enter a new token into a old theme that asks for a API, to update a old version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

I installed successfully the last version of the theme as a new theme removing the old version.
I Generate a new Envato API Personal Token.

The error above indicates that the token lacks the required permissions. Did you review the necessary permissions for the token?

Please generate another token and make sure that it has the following permissions.
– View and search Envato sites (checked by default) (Required)
– View the user’s Envato Account username
– View the user’s email address
– View the user’s account profile details
– Download the user’s purchased items (Required)
– Verify purchases of the user’s items

I did so.
I generate a new token with the following permissions :
– View and search Envato sites (checked by default) (Required)
– View the user’s Envato Account username
– View the user’s email address
– View the user’s account profile details
– Download the user’s purchased items (Required)
– Verify purchases of the user’s items
– List purchases the user has made (Required)

Those error messages are generated because the token doesn’t have the correct permissions, please try checking all your settings again. If you should have furhter problems, then please try reaching out to Envato/Themeforest support, as they should be able to check the token for you. We can’t do that unfortunately.
