    Hi,
    I purchased your theme through Envato so it only gives me this purchase code – wq233OI9JeIMWNMTmHr9GRD3LYd2NC4K

    I really need support though sorry to email here, I hope it’s ok.

    For the contact forms, I have activated Google reCAPTCHA in the settings and it says fine, I select that option in the contact form too which is fine, but on the actual website it only shows the Enfold recaptcha, not the google one?
    Is the enfold equation good enough? I only want to try google because it’s bigger, and we’ve been receiving lots of spam.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    You’ll need to edit the Contact Form on the page: Content > Security > Contact Form Captcha set to Use Google reCAPTCHA V2 if activated or Use Google reCAPTCHA V3 if activated (fallback is V2)

    Thanks for understanding and your reply.

    That’s the problem, I have selected Google reCAPTCHA V2 on the form. I have activated it in Enfold > Google services which says is working, but still the contact form only show the enfold equation. There doesn’t seem to be any clash with other plugins either. I wonder if I’m missing something?

    Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.2 and check if that helps? If it does not, please login to our support forums and post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.
