    Is there a way to make an entire section fixed including not just the background, but the content and media elements (for example, the very last section on a page) so it looks as though it is hidden underneath the page and doesn’t become visible until you get to the bottom?

    My site is homesmartsecure.com and the section I want to mimic is the very bottom of the page here: http://mymail.newsletter-plugin.com

    Hello!

    It may be possible, but that would require a very deep customization, and that is beyond the scope of our support form. If you really need it try hiring a freelancer for the job.
