When I’m working in the advanced layout editor, I am using a text block within a color section and after I paste in some text, my enter/return key does not work in the text editor on the text side, but does work on the visual side. All other keys on my keyboard seem to be working. My enter key works fine in all other cases.
My site is in maintenance mode since it’s a development site. I will give login credentials below.
I assume this is a pretty weird request but thought I would check to see if you have heard anyone else have this problem. I’m using version 3.5.4 and I see that there’s 3.8 so I should try updating. But I also wanted to see if you knew what’s up here and if you’ve ever seen this problem before.

I haven’t heard of anything like that before, but hopefully an update should change that, please try updating to 3.8: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardI have updated to 3.8 and the enter key is still not working. I’ve found out that there is a plugin conflict with Advanced Custom Fields. Since this is quite an important and widely used plugin, would you consider working with them on the conflict? I have not inquired with them yet, but I am willing to do so.
This site is still in maintenance mode, but it will be launched on December 1st (Thursday). After that date we won’t be able to test in any way that will break the site for visitors. there will be an announcement in a publication shortly after launch. I could set up a dev site if that is necessary.

Hi,
To check the issue with the Enter key is not working in the text editor after pasting some text the login credentials you’ve provided does not work for me to further investigate this issue.
Please setup a dev site if that is possible so we can disable the plugin and check for the issue.
As per your findings please do let us knwo which plugin is causing the issue so we can check it out.
We need your permission to deactivate the plugins to further troubleshoot this issue.
