I have all made in my theme but I can’t change the featured picture to blog I install the plugin from previous posts and I change the size

1024
Maximum height
768
Public name
featured
Cropping

Show in post insertion ?But nothing has been changed i also regenerate all pictures after this has been done please check my url, what is the problem
I dont want to click to see original size of picture i want to see it as it is. Thanks in advance

You need to change the size as described here:
