    Thanks so much for Enfold! It is a great new theme. It is my second Kriesi theme (Avisio is my first). I would like to adjust the opacity of only the background of a layer, not the text as well. Tried several alternatives, none worked. Can you assist?

    Hi,

    Can you give us a link to the website? You can use something like this on the custom style field.

    background: rgba(255,255,255,.5);

    The number .5 refers to the 50% opacity of the color white.

    Thanks! It does work if there is no background color selected for the layer. See slide 3 at http://talentdev.valiantlane.com/test. It doesn’t if the background color is selected. See slide 4 at http://talentdev.valiantlane.com/test.

    In order for the banner that I inserted into these slides to resize in responsive mode, do they need to be images rather than text and boxes?

    Hi vlane,

    Yes, images are needed to keep things responding to the device width. That is what Kriesi did in the demo and it works pretty well.

    Hi Devin,

    Thanks for the confirmation.

    A related question: is it possible to have the image location relative to say the logo in the header remain constant in responsive mode?

    Hey,

    Sorry but I’m not sure what you mean on your last post. You can remove the Media Queries for the logo element. Edit css > layout.css > #Media Queries. Look for css codes regarding the logo. You can modify them.

    Regards,

    Ismael
