    Hi,

i have to modify wordpress site that uses enfoldChild theme with an older version (3.x.x) for my customer.
Unfortunately the previous web designer is missing and we cannot update with a new version because we have lost purchasing credentials in Themeforest.
Plus, the Avia template Builder don’t work, but i found in your forum support the probably solution.
Is it possible for you to recover our credentials giving only the domain site? In the private content section i give you our wp credentials.
If you can’t recover these informations i can purchase the theme with newer version.
In this case it is possible to update our site theme doing a new installation ?

I hope that what i’m writing is clear for you.

    Thanks a lot

    Hey Michelangelo Di Venere,

Users are registered using the purchase code and so we do not know the domain name of the website. The easiest is to purchase a new license. This way you’ll have the new purchase code, will be able to register at the forum and will get support. Also, you’ll be able to download a fresh version of the theme and update it to the latest via FTP.

Before you try to overwrite the theme, please make sure to have a full backup ready and after the update, update php to php7.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
