    Hi There,

    i started a new project with enfold. I wanted to import the Enfold 2017 demo data. But the import didn´t work (i get a message which said: import didn´t work, refresh the site). I tried to refresh the site, cleared the cache and also used another browser but it won´t work.

    I also searched if other people had the same problems. I find a topic which said i have to install the latest updated by using the API Key.So i tried that too – didn´t work. I used the plugin Transient Cleaner also didn´t work. :-(

    The other problem is, that the LayerSlider don´t accept my purchase code.

    Hey agentursaelzer,
    We would be happy to take a closer look at your demo import issues, and perhaps manually import the demo for you.
    Please include a admin login and FTP access in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
    Also include which webhost you are using.
    You should also know that the LayerSlider included with Enfold is a bundled item, and there is no need to register it, nor will your Enfold code register it.

    Hi, webhost is strato.de – i used enfold for another project before – same provider. This worked fine :(
    Maybe you can do a closer look now. I insert the FTP data.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately lately, with Strato webhost, manual install is the only way that is working.
    Thank you for the FTP login, I was able to login to your Strato account & FTP, but not your WordPress site, please include the login to your site.
    I have manually uploaded the images & layerslider for the 2017 Demo. Once I’m able to login to your site I will be able to reset your site and finish the manual demo import, please note that this will reset all of your current content, users, and data.

    Hi,
    I have manually installed the 2017 Demo, please confirm the email sent to you from the site to set your site email address. Also check all of your WordPress settings. You may also delete the temp admin account.
    I also installed a child theme. Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Glad we were able to help, The issue is Strato webhost, they seem to be blocking our IP.
