    Hello,
    I can not download the enfold2017 demo, I tested the 3 methods presented in the documentation, I increased my php … but nothing changes. I tested the demo lifestyle it works but impossible for all demo with woocommerce.

    Hey myconcept,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    This is probably related to your server, usually requests to the demo source timing out. Do you have a local server? You can import the demo on your local installation and then transfer it to the live domain via FTP. Have you tried that?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    I just noticed that there are a lot of plugins installed in your site. Have you tried to import the demo while the plugins are deactivated? May we have your permission to deactivate those plugins temporarily?

    Thanks for the update.

    We try to import the demo, but it fails even while the plugins are deactivated. Is it OK if we reset the database and start from scratch?
