    Hello I have a site:

    Home

    I have integrated enfold, woocommerce and worldpay.

    When I add a product from this page (just under the product image “add to basket” button) :

    Dario All-in-One

    It works just fine!
    However….

    When I click to a single product page like the one below:

    Dario Smart Glucose Meter

    And click the add to basket button it gives me an error.
    Any help with this would be great…

    Hey undervised,

    I can’t find any “add to cart button” on the page you’ve provided. Can you check please?
    we need to be able to inspect the elements in question.

    I just took a look at the cart too and the “update cart” button doesnt work either. (link to this is below)

    I can see the page its the add to cart button that doesnt work:

    The add to cart button that page (listed above) doesnt work whereas the add to cart button on the page below does:

    Dario All-in-One

    Why does it work for one and not the other?

    Hi,

    So please talk about this with WorldPay. Also WooCommerce support may able to help you about this.

    Your cache functions is still activates, as already mentioned we recommend to deactivate it completely while testing things.

    Also you’re using an old version of the theme, please update.

    Hi Andy,

    I don’t think I’m getting the problem accross to you well enough.

    When you click the add to cart button you get that worldpay error that is correct. HOWEVER when you click add to car using the button on this page: http://advancedtherapeutics.org.uk/shop/uncategorized/dario-all-in-one/ it works absolutely fine. This means that your button in your theme isnt doing what it is suppose to do. It says when I brought this theme that it is fully compatable with Woocommerce and worldpay however this does not seem the case. Please could you look at why the two buttons dont do the same thing like they are suppose too and let me know a solution.

    Hi,

    please check our Enfold page on Themeforest again. Nowhere it is said that our theme is compatible with Worldpay. I’ve never heard before of this 3rd party program. It seems to cause issues, so you need to talk with Worldpay support about it and if they can’t help you, then you need to search for a different program.
