    Hello Team.

    I am facing a problem for several days and couldn’t find a solution.

    The WooCommerce Sort function on the page is not working. I already tried it by disabling all plugins to test and the Sort still did not work. I guess its not a plugin conflict issue.

    Whenever I select an option from the Sort dropdown it’s navigating me to a random single product page instead of showing the products as per the selected option sorting order.

    Any help you can provide would be great.

    Right now I removed it by using .product-sorting { display: none !important; } in style so that It doesn’t look bad. But I really need a solution before making it visible.

    Hi Victoria,

    I gave you the URL. There are two dropdowns named as Sort by and Display 15 products per page. I am having a problem in both of the dropdowns. Whenever I select an option from the dropdown it takes me to any random page instead of sorting the page accordingly as per the selected option.

    Hi LearnSAP,

    I tried the sort options. It is showing the page with products sorted more or less according to the option I’ve chosen. It did not take me to a single product page.

    Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.
