Dear support
we have updated enfold to version 4.0.5 and also running woocommerce. We are using on the frontpage the avia layout builder element §product-slider” http://rfid-finder.com/ <– above the footer.
After the update the slider does not load well. It should load normally 4 products in one row. Now after first load, it loads 3 products. If you use slider navigation it loads 4 products in 2 rows –> one above the other ones. How to fix that?
Thanks for your support
Marc
April 20, 2017 at 6:48 pm #780704Yes we have a very similar issue – Our product sliders no longer appear at all.
Is there a fix for this(and yes I have tried removing all other plugins other than Enfold and Woo commerce

April 21, 2017 at 10:59 am #781091The enfold product slider element is working well on WooCommerce 3.0.4.
Chances are your various fixed width css rules from the child theme are conflicting or one of the other plugins is interfering.
Have you treid to change the sort order of products within the product slider?
Have you tried to switch to the parent theme and disable any cache plugin?
Have you tried to deactivate any plugin except woocommerce?April 21, 2017 at 1:02 pm #781158Thanks for your help but
- before update the product-slider runs well, why css style should now be a problem?
- deactivting cache tool, problem stays the same
- changing sort number does not change anything on behaviour
and yes I have tried removing all other plugins other than Enfold and Woo commerce
Best Regards Marc
April 21, 2017 at 2:56 pm #781222As I said the product slider in Enfold 4.0.5 works without any issue in combination with WooCommerce 3.0.4. I implement those sliders nearly daily for new customers. Therefore the issue must be caused by some custom configuration at your side. Those usually are within the child theme, the custom css field or plugins. If you don’t see any changes by
– deactivating all plugins (except WooCommerce) and
– switching to enfold as parent and
– removing any custom css code and
– clearing your brother cache (or better launch a private/incognito browser window)than you have an issue with the original theme files. In such case the best way is to delete the entire content of the enfold directory, download the latest version of enfold, unzip it and copy the files from the unpacked enfold directory into the enfold directory on the hosting account using ftp (binary mode!).
ps: have you tried to create a new page and insert a new product slider with no other elements?

Can you provide us admin access please?
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyApril 21, 2017 at 7:37 pm #781363Dear Andy
tried again to deactivate plugins no changes. Also tried to place a new product-slider on a new page. Same result –> two rowes instead of one. Opened page in a new browser –> same issue. Feel free to have a look on our site Andy.
Thanks for ypur help Marc
April 24, 2017 at 11:57 am #782253Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also remove any custom code you’ve implemented, to check if one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyApril 24, 2017 at 1:07 pm #782274Dear Andy
homepage (where slider is placed) is not cached. Also I tried this before to deactivate the cache plugin –> no change in slider behaviour. Tried it again without caching tool –> no change
delete child-theme css –> same issue, still product-slider is shown in two rows…..Best Regards Marc
April 26, 2017 at 3:16 pm #783532I am having the same problem and am interested in a solution. Thank you.
In my case is worth mentioning that I have applied following patch: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-3-0-03-0-1-and-the-images-issue/#post-783395

April 26, 2017 at 3:47 pm #783559and one more thing to mention: my test site, which is the same configuration, but has a 3.8 version of Enfold is displaying the products ok.
I think I will roll back also my production site to Enfold 3.8 until a solution is found.
April 26, 2017 at 6:45 pm #783648Hi,
I did a test page (see private content) where we can see the issue. On my own installation this is not happening, so something must cause it especially on your end. There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyApril 27, 2017 at 9:28 am #783892I found the problem… actually are 2 posible causes which I am listing here:
1. php version. I was running on 5.6.3. When I have changed to 7.1.14 looks good
2. WooCommerce product bundles plugin, old extension, cannot update for the moment as I need to update licence. When I have updated php to 7.1.14 this plugin started throwing errors. Once deactivated everything went ok.This is for the moment. Thanks for all support
