I added the official woocommerce bundle plugin to my website but it doesn’t work. Turning off the Enfold theme works. Can you help me?
May 15, 2020 at 5:00 am #1213110Hey No-label,
I’m not sure I understand your question, which plugin exactly is not working on your site?
Best regards,
RikardMay 15, 2020 at 11:00 am #1213221I installed the plugin Product Budle (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles/)
if I use it with the default wordpress theme it works, if active enfold does not work
plugin assistance told me to ask the developer of the theme…I don’t speak English well, I hope I explained myself
May 18, 2020 at 5:28 pm #1214075Any update?
May 20, 2020 at 7:35 am #1214528Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We are not really sure why it’s not working. Can we access the site? We would like to check the dashboard and the product settings.
For additional assistance, please contact the plugin developers.

IsmaelMay 20, 2020 at 10:14 am #1214608Hi Ismael,
I have already done the tests with the plugin developer, the official woocommerce and with the basic theme it works. As soon as we activate it, it no longer works.Regrads,
StefanoMay 26, 2020 at 10:58 am #1216438Hi,
The product bundle works fine when the plugin Product Bundles – Min/Max Items for WooCommerce is disabled. Please contact the plugin developer for additional assistance.
Thank you for your patience.

Jordan ShannonMay 27, 2020 at 7:12 pm #1217118If I disable the theme, the plugins product bundle and product bundle Min / Max fo Woocommerce works. Could the problem be on the subject?

The problem is on the theme….May 29, 2020 at 1:09 pm #1217684Hi,
We would like to help you with the issue but we are not that familiar with the plugin. And please note that we don’t provide support for third party extensions or plugins as stated on our support policy. You have to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.

IsmaelJune 1, 2020 at 9:51 am #1218381I think the problem is in quantity management, is it possible to exclude the tasty + and – of the theme to use the standard woocommerce ones? If so, how can I do it?
June 2, 2020 at 1:05 am #1218595Hi,
This may be possible, but would require some modification of core theme files which goes beyond the scope of support here in the forums. You would need a freelancer to accomplish this:

Jordan ShannonJune 3, 2020 at 8:04 am #1218945i have exactly the same problem!!! and i agree that this is a theme conflict issue…. cause i have created a staging site with wp, theme and plugins all updated…and the only way this can work is changing the theme. i dont want to change the theme…i love it…i only need to fix this situation.
and i can not disable min max add-on because i need it to set up exact quantity for the buyer. and this add on is the only one that works with wc bundles.
can you check my case please? i am attaching login credentials of my staging site so you can take a look
in case you fix it you can explain what you have done so everybody will know it?
i know you will help me ;)
regards!

June 4, 2020 at 3:57 pm #1219438any news on this? please i need to fix this asap in my site!
June 8, 2020 at 9:05 am #1220391Hi,
Sorry for the delay. You can disable the quantity button modification by editing the enfold\config-woocommerce\woocommerce-mod.js file. Look for and remove this line (line 65).
avia_apply_quant_btn();
Please don’t forget to toggle the Performance > File Compression settings, and remove the browser cache after doing the modification.

June 9, 2020 at 9:55 am #1220798I tried it too, the +/- keys disappear and it works. Cannot activate the +/- keys of woocommerce defalt? Without it it is not intuitive.
June 9, 2020 at 3:36 pm #1220889When I remove “avia_apply_quant_btn();” the +/- keys still remains… Im still seeing the sign up button disabled.
June 11, 2020 at 1:22 pm #1221669Hi,
@No-label: The site is not loading properly now. Did you take it down, or is it on maintenance mode?
@thenetmen: Commenting that line out should disable the custom quantity buttons. Try to disable the file compression settings to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets.Best regards,
IsmaelJune 15, 2020 at 11:51 am #1222607the url is https://acquadynamo.com
See the image https://ibb.co/GVn7R48: if disable “avia_apply_quant_btn();”I don’t have the opportunity to increase or decrease the quantity with the defaul arrows of woocommerce. How can I show them?June 18, 2020 at 2:42 pm #1223719Hi,
@no-label: We were not able to test the issue on your site because the Appearance > Editor panel is not accessible, so we couldn’t edit the script. Meanwhile on our own installation, the quantity buttons still display after removing the custom ones. Please check the screenshot below.

Additional assistance or any info from the plugin developers will help.

IsmaelAugust 15, 2020 at 5:03 am #1237973Hi,
I was wondering if there have been any new developments regarding Enfold and the “Product Bundles” & “Product Bundles – Min/Max Items for WooCommerce” plugins. I have followed the steps above and managed to get it ‘working’. However, as @No-label has mentioned the default arrows to increase/decrease the quantity that usually come with woocommerce don’t show up either.
Regards
August 17, 2020 at 4:44 am #1238338Hi,
@mealcasa: We were not able to reproduce the issue on our own installation. The default quantity arrows display as expected after removing the custom ones. To test the issue properly, please open a new thread and post the necessary details in the private field. We’ll close this one for now.
Best regards,
