I’m running enfold Version 5.3.1.1 When I try and update it to version 5.6 the theme does not load. Instead the website loads without a theme. I have a child theme active and updating through the update dashboard/ enfold settings. Please advise. Screenshot attached.

Thank you for the link to your site and the screenshot, your site is loading for me on Android, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
I do see a Mixed Content error for your logo, check your logo url in the theme options to ensure you are using https

MikeThanks for the screenshot but the version you are currently seeing is 5.3.1.1. I had to revert the website so what you are seeing it not updated and is at version 5.3.1.1 . It is not running at 5.6 due to the error. I can’t have my site not working so I loaded a backup until I can fix this issue. What is the best way to proceed at trouble shooting? I cant have my site not working and live. I did attach some admin credentials in private.

I recommend first creating a staging site to test on, most cPanel webhosts have a staging site option, some in the dashboard:
Others add the option in the Softaculous WordPress Management
There may be other staging site options in different cPanel servers, these are the two that I have seen, try asking your webhost if you don’t see these options.Best regards,
