    I have multiple API codes and my Enfold Theme will not update.

    I get the following error message:

    I am going to buy another install of Enfold from Themeforest, because I thought I purchased one for this site 5 years ago, but I want to be sure.

    To upgrade it, I just ADD a theme, correct?

    I purchased a new copy of Enfold, generated a new API, and it worked! Yea!

    Now, I lost the ability to put elements over the Colored Content sections.

    Is there a new method for doing so?

    I set you up as a user, the credentials are below.

    On the home page, there is a video placed at the top over the Colored Content element but won’t show up.

    Nothing changed except the upgrade.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks for the update and details, the account doesn’t have admin rights though, please upgrade it.

    About your problem; did you try to select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?

    I just realized that the site did not update to the newest version.

    I found some info about tokens and Envato not working…(blah, blah, blah) :-)

    I’m a designer, not a techy, so could you please help me get this website up to date?

    I am having some issues with the current version and I am pretty sure it will be resolved with the new version.

    Please make a full backup of your website and share your FTP credentials.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the FTP details, I can’t connect using them though. Could you check and verify that they are correct please? Also, would you be able to update to PHP 7.1 or 7.2? The current PHP version might create problems on your site.

    Hi,

    I’m using the details in private, they are not working with either FTP or SFTP. Please verify that the details are working and post again.

    I got it working, I didn’t see that you misspelled the initial host name. I’ve updated your site to 4.5.7 now, please review it.
