Hello
I run two websites with Enfold. I have put my API key into both. One of them tells me when there’s an update available and updates through the back end.
I am trying to solve an issue with page numbering on blog posts, and on the first website, updating Enfold solved the problem. But now I have the same problem on the second website which says it is running version 3.0.4. I know this is not the latest version. The dashboard tells me updates are available for Twentytwelve etc but not Enfold. I am running a child theme (as I am on the other website, but this has not affected it there). Please advise.
April 15, 2016 at 1:44 pm #614790I have the same problem. I have three sites and two of them just updated last morning but the last one says it is running the version 3.4.1 and I know that it isn’t the last version. How can I update this last website?!
Thank you.
April 15, 2016 at 1:44 pm #614791Hi lonsdale!
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, please update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

YigitApril 15, 2016 at 2:17 pm #614828Hello
I cannot update manually because I cannot access the client’s server by FTP. I have to update through the Dashboard. I have tried the plug-in already and it has removed two expired transients. It says there is still one expired transient, and still it says it is running the latest version of Enfold.I used my Themeforest API key for the first website which now updates automatically. I entered this in the second website but it didn’t work. I generated a new API key and entered that, but still not working.
Is it possible you could take a look if I provide you a wp-admin login?
LonsdaleApril 16, 2016 at 4:33 am #615281Hey!
There isn’t much we can do without FTP access in your case but still we love to help you let’s see what we can do for you please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.
Cheers!
VinayApril 18, 2016 at 11:05 am #616256Thanks. I’ve added you as an administrator and have sent login details as private content. I hope you can help
Many thanks

I have tried all those plug ins but still the dashboard insists that there is no new version of Enfold. I have downloaded the latest version to my desktop but this is no good without ftp access to the site.Is it because I have only purchased Enfold once and am already using it on another website – even though I am able to generate new API keys and have tried two or three of them.
I provided wp-admin access for you on 18th April, but nobody has replied yet.
Best regards
LonsdaleApril 26, 2016 at 6:53 pm #622417Hey!
Please post FTP credentials here privately as well and upload the latest version of Enfold.zip file somewhere on your server and tell us where so we can update the theme for you.
Best regards,
YigitApril 26, 2016 at 8:26 pm #622509I’m having the same issue. I manually updated the theme to 3.5.3 via FTP a week or 2 ago. Enfold is telling me that I’m running the latest version 3.5.3 when 3.5.4 just came out. I’m on WordPress v4.5
I removed all transients via the transient cleaner plug-in. I’m still not able to get the latest theme update via WordPress.

YigitApril 27, 2016 at 12:09 pm #622967Hello Yigit
Unfortunately the dashboard is still showing “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.4)”I have supplied admin login details again in the private content area, but as I do not have FTP access I can not upload the Enfold zip folder to any part of the site.
I can upload it to a different site (my own site, http://www.boomerangdesign.co.uk) – could you access it from there?
Thanks

JosueApril 29, 2016 at 7:59 pm #624743Hi there,
My theme still doesn’t see the latest update via WordPress.
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.5.3)”April 29, 2016 at 8:05 pm #6247443.5.4 is not a critical update but a small patch to demo imports, if you’re not using these repeatedly you may not need to update. If you really want to update though i’d suggest you doing it via FTP.
Best regards,
JosueApril 29, 2016 at 8:07 pm #624748I understand. But when the next critical update comes along, I still won’t be able to update via WordPress correct?
April 30, 2016 at 11:16 am #624918I could try some thing if you want but i’d need your themeforest username and API Key (to check if it’s eligible to receive updates from TF), if possible create a new thread including that info in the private content.

You API key appears to be wrong, remember you get this here:
http://screencast.com/t/RYYRj3fe7fOBest regards,
JosueMay 4, 2016 at 6:03 pm #627417OK. That section was blank for me. It looks like I had to generate a new API key. I’ve added the new API key into WP. I’m not seeing the enfold theme update. Anything else I should do next?
May 5, 2016 at 12:51 pm #627765Pass me the API key you generated via private reply.
May 5, 2016 at 5:32 pm #627928Here you go.
May 10, 2016 at 5:10 am #629592Hi,
We would like to test the API key but the login credentials to the site are missing. I reviewed the whole thread but I can’t find it.
