WooCommerce Products Pages disappeared in Enfold with updates and editing Products pages.
WordPress 5.4.1 (confirmed)
WooCommerce Database Version 3.8.1 (confirmed)
WooCommerce Version 4.1.1 (confirmed)
Enfold Theme Version 4.7.4. (confirmed)
Upgraded the Website PHP to 7.1.24 (confirmed now)
I have backed up the entire site for safety.ISSUE:
Attempted to edit WooCommerce Product Page and now all my Products are empty on the Store Products pages.
Now my Advanced Visual Editor (AVE) has a full page of [/] Shortcodes block before the AVE sections much further down the page.
(want to get rid of the [/] Shortcodes block if possible.
I have switched editor for ENFOLD theme to be WordPress Classic Editor and resubmitted PRODUCT pages in same and still no results.
Unable to display any of the WooCommerce Products; have to go into Dashboard/WooCommerce Product Edit mode to see the content there…It is most probable that I edited the WooCommerce Product Page with AVE instead of Default Editor.
I do have full 6 months ‘PAID’ support coverage for this request.
Thank you in advance,
Steve Fuller

Thanks for the login details, they don’t seem to work though:
Unknown username. Check again or try your email address.
Please check and verify. Also, are you using the Classic Editor? If not then please try setting that in the main page of the theme option to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,

Have updated the USERNAME and Password access in original support request.
Please let me know if you have problems.
Yes I am using the Classic Editor as you will see when you login.
SteveMay 23, 2020 at 2:24 pm #1215466Have installed CLASSIC EDITOR and applied it to the website.
Have again updated all PRODUCT PAGES in WooCommerce
All Product Pages now say “Classic Editor.”
Still, Get the error message “Not Found” when I try to view the updates and any PRODUCT PAGE changes.
Could it be something with PERMALINKS or others that no PRODUCT PAGES Show??The site is still missing Product and pay button pages. :{{

May 24, 2020 at 7:18 am #1215646Hi Steve,
I tried editing the product in private, and clicking the Layout Builder button seems to bring up your content on my end.
I get 404 errors when trying to view your products as well, the permalink looks very strange. Please see private again. Notice the extra /index.php and two slashes behind it. What happens if you disable all plugins in order to check for a conflict? You shouldn’t need the Classic Editor plugin at all, the theme should do that for you.
If disabling plugins doesn’t make any difference then please share the content of your .htaccess file with us. You can find it in the root folder to your WordPress installation.
Best regards,
Rikard -
