    I am building a site with Enfold as the theme and using a new footer plugin I have never used before called Footr. When enabled the video background on the homepage does not start playing automatically. Instead there is a black play button. Upon going to a new page and back to the homepage or refreshing the homepage the video does auto play. Just not on initial site load.

    Any idea what may be causing this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the link, I’m not sure why but it seems your plugin is causing a conflict with the player. Could you try an alternative plugin or get those results in another way maybe?

    I debated that but that would be a second purchase for something that really just adds a cool effect and not any actual functionality to the site. Wasted money. This was what I researched to be the best option at the time anyway so I doubt I would purchase another.

    I was just hoping you could figure out what was going wrong, maybe work some magic with custom css and make it work anyway. I dunno, you guys always seem to pull through. If you have no ideas I will just end up disabling it.

    Hey!

    Where did you get the plugin? I can’t find it anywhere in the plugin library and I’m not sure what the plugin do. Please try to contact the plugin author regarding the issue. Maybe they can give us any hint as to what is causing the issue.
