    Hello, I’m still having issues with the Enfold and WordPress updates. The editor never loads at all, so we are unable to edit the site. I’ve provided details in the private content so that you can help take a look.

    I had the same problem. In the theme options I changed the editor to the Classic Editor. Now it works.

    Hello Again. Can anyone from Kriesi work with me to troubleshoot our installation? Is there a better method by which I can get actual support from this team? Or is this really the only communication mechanism?

    Hi!

    I’m sorry for the late response. I checked the site and I’ve found a lot of errors generated by the plugin, specifically a plugin called “toolset”. Have you tried disabling that plugin?

    Thanks. That seems to fix it. I’ll have to figure out a solution there as that breaks a different part of the site.
