I am currently trying to install Enfold on WordPress on a GoDaddy server, I keep getting an error, are you sure you want to do this. With this failing I have uploaded via FTP however I can not see the enfold theme in my WordPress backend, I uploaded into content/themes. The file I am uploading is from Envato, theme forest, and it is the download only without the files or documentation, not the full files and documentation. Can I have some information on what may cause this?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hey dlannetts,
Did you upload a .zip file? If uploading ftp to content/themes it should be uncompressed. If so you can go to your cPanel > file manager, find the zip file, click it and choose extract from the toolbar.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

Did you upload the extracted data from the zip file? Can you post a screenshot?

I uploaded the actaul folder, not the zip. Thanks for your help, Could this be a part GoDaddy issue? Where do I attach an image to the post?

    Hi,

You can upload the screenshot in http://imgur.com/ and post the link here (you can put it in Private Content if you want it to be visible only for moderators). Can you also give us temporary admin and ftp access? so we can try to debug it for you.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

With much work I have solved this, it was an issue on Godaddy’s hosting side with a duplocate ftp account. Thank you for your help though.
