Hi Enfold support,
Me and my company have been having some issues with updating Enfold on our website when clicking ‘Check manually’ for updates it says we’re running the latest version – but we know we are not.
This has several times ended up us trying to manually uploading with FTP etc. and crashing the site.
We tried re-buying to generate a new API-key, to check if that was the issue. But apparently it wasn’t.
We also tried the Transient Cleaner plugin, but it didn’t help (might not have used it properly, though).
– Are we running plugins that conflict with Enfold or something?
Please help us! – this is causing us quite some problems, since the site’s fonts and spaces starts acting weird when using older versions.

Hi Mark,
Sorry for the problems. Usually it’s caused by hosting providers blocking traffic from Envato or the cron job involved with checking for updates. Could you try contacting your hosting provider to check if that is the case? Ask them to whitelist api.envato.com
