    Hello – the person that was handling my website won’t give me the ” ThemeForest username that was originally purchased nor the API key. How do I resolve this issue?

    1. Should I created my own personal account with ThemeForest, purchase the theme again and add the username and API key to wordpress/enfold?

    2. Will that update Enfold without breaking the website?

    1- Yes, please do so. Then you can also register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue.

    2- It should not break unless you have modified theme files. Have you modified any?
